We have some very important announcements to make so please read this whole message. But first we need your help with some house keeping! (a BIG thankyou to those who have done this already after the first mailing yesterday!)

Please read below and take care of these as soon as possible if they apply to you. We would appreciate it if you would send this message to your downline in case they do not get this message. This is very important!

SCROLLING ADMIN MESSAGES - If you have a scrolling message on your site, please pay attention to it. If the issue has been resolved but the message is still scrolling please submit a ticket and let us know so we can take it off. Please type "PLEASE REMOVE SCROLLING MESSAGE" in the subject line of your support ticket.

NEGATIVE PENDING PAYOUT AMOUNTS - If you have a negative pending payout amount in your history, please report that to us so we can make an adjustment and fix your account. Please type "NEGATIVE PENDING PAYOUT" in the subject line of your support ticket.

OUTSTANDING CURRENT CASH AMOUNT - If you have an amount still sitting in your pending cash that is not cashing out, please let us know so that we can make an adjustment and fix your account. Please type "OUTSTANDING CURRENT CASH" in the subject line of your support ticket.

TICKETS IN WRONG CATEGORIES - Please be sure when submitting tickets that you choose the correct category. If you are not sure please place it in the general category. If you place it in the wrong category your reply may be delayed. It is always a good idea to include the MAIN ISSUE in the subject line. You must not include several different issues in the same ticket. Please submit a new ticket for each issue you may have and be sure to place them in the proper category.

HISTORY SHOWING "NONE" - please please please.... we just can't stress this often enough. If you see the word "None" or anything other than your payment address for Alertpay or account for E-bullion you need to update your site and make the change. Instructions for this are included in the FAQ. Please follow them carefully.
NO CREDITS ALLOCATED - many of you still have no credits allocated to your websites. If you do not allocate credits your account will become suspended. PLEASE allocate credits if you see 0 credits where your websites are listed. Note that CPH is not where you allocate credits. You must click on "Account Credits" to do that.

UPGRADES PAID TO 24DP - Please ensure at all times when you make a purchase that you check the information carefully before you click "submit". Once you make the payment it is out of our hands if you make it to the wrong account. All payments to 24DP E-bullion should be going to account number B99566 and no other. Alertpay should be paid to pay24dailypro@gmail.com only.

PASSWORDS FOR YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNTS - It has come to our attention that many members have been using the same password for their payment accounts that they use for their email or for other programs. PLEASE use a unique password that you use ONLY for your payment accounts. Do not make the password easy to guess. If you think you may forget the password then make a note of it somewhere where no one else will find it but only you know where it is. This is very important. Please go and change your passwords ASAP if the same password for 24dailypro or your payment account is being used anywhere else. This is for your own safety.

E-BULLION SECURITY - We highly recommend that you secure your E-bullion account with a Cryptocard. The cost is around $100 and we do not get paid for recommending it. We simply want you to be as secure as possible from hackers. You can get details from your E-bullion account.

ACCOUNT AUDITS - We have been auditing all member accounts for a few weeks now. Incredibly we have been finding cheaters and hackers by the hundreds. With the result of this internal audit performed by our staff, it has been recommended by our legal counsel, that we seek external auditors to review our findings. This action will assist us in our efforts to bring these criminals to justice. Until this external audit is complete or the auditors say it is ok, we will not be able to do any payouts any longer. I know this will not come as good news to you considering your payouts have been delayed already. But would you rather we secure your money or give it out to hackers and cheaters? We sincerely apologize to you for this but it is out of our hands at this point and we need to stop them now! Some of you cheaters and hackers are getting this message.... believe me we know who you are and we will get you.

We have not run with your money. We are doing everything we can to protect your money and the 24dailypro program. We have the capabilities but we need more time. Please consider your pending payouts as just that, pending. We understand that you want to get paid and these delays may be causing some great hardships to some of you. However, we have always advocated that we are NOT an investment site and no one should have been treating it as such. If you purchased ad packs with your rent money or your tuition money then you accepted a risk that we did not encourage nor will we in the future.

ADMIN CHANGES - we have made a couple of changes in our admin staff. Please don't be too hard on the new staff as they will be working hard along with you to straighten out your accounts and to make the adjustments necessary to get back on track. We appreciate it when you treat the admins with respect and dignity and they will treat you with the same no matter what problems you may have. We apologize to all of you who sent in tickets and have been waiting longer than you should have for a reply. This will improve in the coming week.

NO MORE UPGRADES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - We will not be accepting further upgrades until the audit is completed. You will still have access to your website and account where you can make any changes you need according to the info provided for you above. We will also take this time to clean up in any way we can so we'll be ready to go again when the audit is done. We will not be sending updates daily. You can continue to surf daily.

The ticket area will still be open but PLEASE take it easy in there.... we do not need repeated questions about when the audit will be completed. If need be we may have to delete tickets asking about payouts or audits so please do not send them unless you have an issue with your account as indicated above.

PRIVATE DAILY SURF - What is affecting 24dailypro right now is not affecting Private Daily Surf (PDS). We are catching up on the payouts there and a payout is scheduled for tonight. Please continue to upgrade and surf in PDS

This update is kind of long but please ready every word! It's all good!!

The many weeks you have spent patiently waiting have been long and grueling for all of us at 24DailyPro. Since the beginning, we have always carried forward faithfully through all of the initial difficulties. We have proven over and over again that 24DP is committed to the membership to maintain an honest surf site and carry through with the utmost of integrity. Most other surf sites would have crumbled and given up long before now.

We could have updated you daily, which in turn would have resulted in many more support tickets complaining about hearing the same thing over and over again. We are not the types to find empty words to appease you while we struggle over here. We've been busy doing exactly what we told you we would be doing and nothing has changed. Our goal has always been to repair what is broken and get back in the driver's seat as fast as possible. We had quite a challenge to overcome and we are doing it!

Though we do not like to shift blame and we take responsibility for our own actions, one of our previous admins made quite a mess over here and cowardly ran away without helping us to fix it. Since then we have found numerous mistakes that he had made and his cowardly response only reflects his incompetence even more. Not only did we have to fix them but we had to discover them all as well. We apologize for this and for all the problems it has caused. As if hackers and cheaters weren't enough!

Sorting all the scammers out of the system and creating fail-safes to ward off these types takes time. We are sure that everyone has been anxiously waiting for the re-opening of the site. 24DP was always designed as a true business model and we have been doing our best to get things back in order as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the seemingly endless nail biting weeks!

A number of great additions will be implemented. Before you say, "Here we go again", please read on because it's all good news!

1) First and foremost, we have eliminated the monthly admin fee of $30. There will not be any more monthly charges deducted from your expired upgrades.

2) The only fee that will remain will be the cashout fee of 3%. We feel this is reasonable.

3) We will start payouts again but we cannot catch up all the way right away because funds are limiting us. Payouts will still be at a minimum of 9 business days when we have caught up with them and we will reduce this waiting time as our membership grows and ad pack purchases increase. We will do our best, along with your help, to speed this up ASAP! At a future date, we will implement an early cashout (72 hours) with a cashout fee of 10%. This will be for those who simply can't wait for payment and wish to be paid quicker. Rather than 9 business days, we will pay early cashouts with a 10% cashout fee, within 3 business days of expiration. Please note that this is not being implemented now, but at a future time hen our cash balance will allow it.

4) Upgrades will be enabled again. This early alert is to give you all time to get this message, read it and plan ahead. At approximately 12:00 Noon on Monday, August 28, 2006, upgrades will once again be enabled.

5) On Aug 28, payouts will be sent immediately for those with upgrades expiring on Jun 16 and before. Right after the payouts are completed for that time period, we will send a message letting you know and if you still have unpaid expired upgrades for that date and older, we will take care of them at that time. You will have a very small window of opportunity to let us know so please watch for the announcement and check your payment accounts.

6) As soon as those older expired upgrades are paid we will begin sending payouts regularly until we are caught up. We will send you an update to let you know what date we are at, as often as we possibly can.

7) We realize that the credit system in 24dailypro is a little of out proportion to the page viewing capabilities. So as of now, the number of credits you earn when you surf has been drastically reduced. Please see the chart to determine how many credits you will earn when you surf and when you upgrade. If the chart does not reflect the changes please check later today - it will be updated ASAP.

Effective immediately there will be no more free ad packs. When someone joins as a free member, they will earn advertising credits when they surf, in order to advertise their programs.

9) Now for the most exciting item! Last but not least, we have adopted an outside program to help you build up your income and ours for the benefit of the 24dailypro membership. Our income is your income. Our goal has always been and still is, to help you with your advertising needs but at the same time to help you earn an income from these. This program below has been carefully investigated and will prove to be very lucrative for all of you if you get in now.
The sooner you get in the better it will work out for you since all of 24DP's members who join after you will be in your downline and fall into your matrix from spillover!

After you have been given time to join, it will be introuduced to two other LARGE groups that will also be in your powerline and ultimately in YOUR matrix.

You will see in a short time how you will benefit from this, both individually and in respect to your 24dailypro membership. You do not have to join this program to be paid in 24dailypro. Additional income streams will ensure a long life for 24dailypro as well as for you personally. It's a win/win situation here. If you do not like the idea of this, simply do not join. If you are already a member of this program then we congratulate you for making a very wise choice. We wish you success with it!

But keep this in mind.... after 24dp members have joined, we will introduce it to 2 other large groups, who in turn have the potential to fall into your downlines as spillover. As you build it yourself your matrix will fill quickly and you will earn residual income very fast as well as matching bonuses on a regular monthly basis.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to you that we do not have a "secret stash" of cash to pay you with. We have already paid out the majority of available cash to the 24dailypro membership... over 17 million dollars! There are many members that have made much more money than the owners of this program! With the delays that we have had to endure, we have not had a steady stream of income in the last month. Don't be surprised with that fact. A shoe store owner cannot buy new shoes to sell if the customers do not buy and he still has bills to pay. He needs new sales in order to stay in business. We are no different. Of course we need new upgrades in order to keep going and we are doing everything in our power to generate that, while at the same time creating some wonderful streams of income for you as well.

Don't be mislead into thinking that we do not have available cash. We do.... and we intend to pay out every cent of that to the membership. Payouts are resuming. However, it will not last forever if we do not create other streams of income for the membership. All those people who received double payouts and have not yet paid it back to 24DP are guilty of hurting the payment cycle because of not reporting and refunding it.

Many of you have asked us what we have in place to generate funds to help pay our membership. We have just created one and you have a wonderful opportunity here.... a powerful powerline system that will help you step by step to be successful with anything you want!

Keep in mind that many of your downline in 24DP may go ahead and join this program and not necessarily under you. We realize that some of you may not be pleased with this. But please realize that no matter what, you will benefit either way. To make it fair for everyone, all we can do is let you know now and let you make the decision to join when you are ready. Keeping the same genealogy as 24DP is physically impossible. And if you understand how this powerline systems works you will realize that in many cases you will benefit much more from the spillover here than you would on your own. So join as early as you can and send your link out to your lists as fast as you can. Since you will benefit from this in more ways than one, we reserve the right to let the whole membership know now as you are all our downline.

Lastly, in regards to Payment Processors.... we do not want you to make any changes to your payment accounts except the necessary additions if your payment info was missing. We have had a great deal of hacking happening with E-bullion and we are tired of it, however, we will let you know before Aug 28 what we will need you to do in that regard.

Hello to all members, Here is your Monday update for the ProWealthSuccess Team for August 28, 2006. It was a great weekend! 24Dailypro News - We will be starting payouts this evening for 24DP. Please hold off on sending in tickets requesting payouts. If we get too many tickets about this we will have to disable the help desk. We know who you are and they are all listed, ready to go. Upgrades will not be reactivated until after the payouts. On a bad note, we are getting death threats and extortion emails from some members and fired admin. This is not good news and will greatly hamper our efforts to get the site rolling again. If we do not have the support of the whole membership and this continues then we will be forced to shut it down. The only support remaining will be for those that joined the ProWealthSuccess Team.

To all 24Dailypro and PDS members,

The nature of this email is not to cover over the problems we have had regarding 24Dailypro and PDS, but to set the stage to tell you the truth about what has happened in the last two months.

Our 24DP audit was completed over the last weekend and the information we have gathered is distressing to say the least. Some of you wondered why it has taken so long. A full system audit is a very time consuming ordeal. When you have several different people doing several different jobs it has to all come together in the end. You need the final overall picture to assess where you are. That time is here.

We have found that hundreds of members were double paid on the date of July 3 for June 17 expired upgrades. There were also other dates where double payouts were done besides July 3. Only a handful have repaid the double payment. We expected to get those funds back to be able to do the payouts on Aug 28. Contrary to what has been written in the forums, some people have been paid out after Aug 28. But we cannot in good conscience enable the upgrades again.

A very large amount of money was stolen by hackers and cheaters and dishonest admin. You're probably already aware of this fact from other updates. Some of this was recovered but the majority of it was not. It was a series of events that stopped the cashflow and cycle of 24Dailypro that ultimately brought it to a screeching stop. The bottom is that we are out of funds. There is no more money available for payouts.

Our dilemma was whether we could pick it up again and survive. Yes, we could activate upgrades again and let you all upgrade and some surely would. We would be able to make some payments, but we don't believe that would be able to recover to the point where the payout cycle would be reasonable and those bringing in new upgrades will ultimately lose more money. If our intake cannot keep up with our outgo, there is no hope for it to continue at a reasonable pace.

We have had daggers thrown at us since the beginning of 24DP. We have tried to dodge every one of them but a few have hit us and hit us hard. We have no choice but to close the doors on 24Dailypro and PDS as well.

We have to remind you at this point that we have NEVER encouraged any of you to use your rent money, your tuition money, money that should be there for your families, or risk any money that you could not afford to lose. If you did take a risk, it was YOUR risk and you simply have to take responsibility for that yourselves.

We are not trying to sweep anything under the rug, and harshly tell you to get over it. We know the heart of most 24Dailypro members. Some of you however, sad to say, have done nothing but complain and give us rude demands, even when things were running smoothly.

As we mentioned, from the beginning we have had to endure threats to destroy this great surf site time and time again, along with extortion attempts and hackers who successfully did some damage. These threats continue and we have no choice but to surrender. We can no longer sustain the threats and the results of those no-gooders and the harm they have done to 24Dailypro. Even if we were to reactivate upgrades and start making payouts with the funds we have available, the very next delay will send everyone into a panic.

Having said that, we want you to know that we made payouts with every last cent that we had. Some refunds will be issued within the next 24 hours for upgrades that were made in PDS starting with the most recent ones, until we have exhausted the funds there as well.

As the owners of 24Dailypro and PDS, and the loyal admin behind the support desks, we have NEVER taken money that belonged to you!

We accept responsibility for the problems that have resulted in software issues, choice of admins and payment delays, the bad with the good. But please know that all of these problems were not created by us personally, but by members, hackers, cheaters and unethical and dishonest admin.

What do we intend to do about it? Please hear us out.

We are already doing everything possible to help those members who have stuck with us to earn a reliable income.

Our first attempt to help you was to introduce ProWealthSuccess to you all. Those of you that have joined us will reap bountifully. We decided since there are no more funds to pay 24DP, even the funds that we would add to the "pot" through PWS can only benefit a few with too little too late, and ALL of you deserve to be rewarded. However, as promised, only those that have participated in PWS will share in the earnings that we set aside for you once we get paid.

Having said that, we know that some of you will challenge us with the fact that we said that you didn't have to join PWS to get paid in 24Dailypro. That was true and is true, but the fact remains that 24Dailypro cannot sustain itself at this point. We have no more funds to pay out and it is not reasonable to only pay a few members with PWS funds. 75% of the money that has been made from PWS is going to every single 24DP members who joined with us personally.

We do have GOOD NEWS for all PWS members. To show our appreciation for joining the team in PWS, the first thing we were able to do is to rebate you all for the next month's fee for PWS. This is coming out of our earnings from PWS and nowhere else. That means each and every one of you that joined and upgraded will be paid a rebate of $34.95 to start with.

We will need your GlobalX payment account number (for fastest payout) sent to us in order to do this. As soon as you receive an email stating that you have earned a commission you need to send us your GlobalX account to prowealthsuccessteam@yahoo.com - type "PWST REBATE" in the subject line. Include your full name, your PWS account number and your GlobalX account number so we can transfer the funds to you immediately. Do not send this info again if you have already done so. You need to be an active member and personally sponsored by us to qualify for the rebate. By Thursday of next week most of you will have earned something from your powerline and will be instructed on how to open up your GlobalX account. You can send us the account number at that time. Alertpay will be your 2nd choice, however it will take some time to get the account ready and funds transferred over to do payouts through AP.

Please realize that no other failed surf site has ever provided a way for their members to earn money together as a team. We could have easily just shut the doors without a word, just like all the others. Instead we are doing what we can to help all of you who want to be helped. We will continue to do whatever we can to help the whole team earn an income from PWS.

If you can find it in your heart to continue with us in PWS, your support will be welcomed and we in turn will support you all as best we can. We WILL recover from this and help all of you earn in this great PWS program. You can't just give up and quit now when we're on the road to something BIG. Something good has to come out of all this. Your disadvantage CAN become your advantage. If you have the desire to be more and have more, the willingness to take action and a teachable spirit, we can help you achieve your goals!
