Moi j'ai compris qu'il fallait les joindre.

D'ailleurs c'est ce que j'ai réussi à faire hier soir après qq heures
devant msn et 3 jours (avec le week end).

Comme je suis bénéficiaire, ils m'ont demandé d'étaler mon retrait sur 6 mois.

Donc j'ai fait une demande de retrait de 1/6 hier et upgradé le restant
de la somme qui était en attente depuis le 1 janvier.

les gains à venir devant être upgradés systématiquement les prochains mois : ça va faire des sommes importantes dans 6 mois quand tout le monde va demander un retrait ! enfin d'ici là......

Moi je vais deja essayer de recuperer ma mise, mais encore un autosurf victime de son succes qui a pris du plomb dans l'aile avec l'arrivee des surfs a 5,6,7,8 et + %%

Donc moins de rentrée, 365 jours trop long cycle et la verif cafouille ..... mais soyons optimiste il devrait payer, il a su se diversifier et le temps va jouer pour lui

Auditing

For the past four months or so, we have been conducting audits on our members’ accounts.

This auditing began when we uncovered some major fraud among the membership, concentrated in several countries. Our goal has always been to ensure the highest level of service and payouts to our legitimate and honest members, so we took drastic measures to protect our members and our business.

We immediately blocked the accounts of members in the countries with fraudulent activity. We did this without notifying the membership, because advance notice may have allowed the cheaters time to cover their tracks, and we wanted to be certain to catch all members who were harming StudioTraffic with their fraud.

It was critical that we perform these audits. Cleaning up and tightening the database by clearing out fraudulent accounts increases overall security for our membership. Additionally, by ensuring we are only paying honest and legitimate members, we are able to continue providing the high level of quality customer service our members had come to expect before these audits. Further, we are able to process payouts faster after the audits, since we know each account and upgrade is legitimate.

The audits also allow us to stop spending excess funds on fraudulent accounts, and ensure StudioTraffic can last into the future. Among other things, we found members creating multiple accounts, frontloading their accounts, and referring themselves or fictional family members in order to earn more from referral commissions without having to put more money in to the program. This harms all of us—both StudioTraffic and each of its members. Our advertisers pay us to have members view their sites in SurfSTV. When members aren’t doing this, or when they set up fraudulent accounts to earn more money than they rightfully should under our Terms of Service, the revenue we have to pay the membership with is decreased, and this affects the stability of our program and our ability to continue our high level of payouts. In order to preserve the StudioTraffic opportunity for our legitimate members, we immediately had to put a stop to the fraud, by initiating these audits.

However, instead of the membership understanding and being appreciative that we are stabilizing the program and ensuring we can continue high payouts, we have encountered a lot of fear and negativity. Members see this as a sign StudioTraffic is “going down” or no longer has funds to pays its members. To the contrary—we have always had a large reserve fund to be able to pay members. But we cannot continue to pay members who are dishonest, ignoring our Terms of Service, or committing outright fraud against us.

Instead of being supportive and helping us get through this temporary audit period, we have had members race to other sites and report us as a scam that is not paying. This is also false. Payouts are admittedly taking longer, but this is part of the audit process to ensure only legitimate payouts are processed. And you can see posts daily in our forum from members who are being paid the earnings they are owed.

Instead of helping us resolve issues quickly by providing all information we request, we have had several members who strike out at us and refuse to be cooperative, thus delaying resolution of these issues for everyone. They say we aren’t holding up our agreement to pay, that we are blocking their accounts unjustly, and that we are lying to the membership about the reasons for these audits. None of this is accurate, and none of this helps us move forward.

Moving Forward

From these reactions, we realized that we needed to redefine and fine tune our concept. We need to be more clear to our membership on what StudioTraffic is really about. We need to be sure members truly understand our Terms of Service. We need to clear out the database of unsupportive members whose attitudes and actions threaten the stability of this program.

We have been doing a lot of things quietly to help StudioTraffic continue to grow and also to quickly address the problems we have encountered as we grow.

Our objective, as always, is still to benefit as many people as possible.

We need to grow and move forward in a positive direction that will not only benefit StudioTraffic, but will also benefit each of our members. One of the ways we are doing this is by introducing the new Basic and Premium accounts, which provides the foundation for anyone to join.

Basic vs. Premium Accounts

Basic accounts will be for members who do not wish to advertise, but only want to view ads in SurfSTV and earn. Basic accounts will provide us an opportunity to accept anyone regardless of skills, talents, or background, and offer everyone a chance to earn money from viewing the ads in SurfSTV. Basic members will not be able to upgrade with any of their own funds, just with earnings. Since Basic members do not need to contribute any money of their own, there will be no need for auditing their accounts. The only funds in their account will be from earnings or referral commissions, thus eliminating the need to check whether payments are legitimate.

Premium accounts will be for members who have the need to advertise their own sites. They will also be able to earn considerably more than Basic members from viewing others’ ads in SurfSTV, which will make them our higher earners. We will be able to attract bigger advertisers and in turn increase our revenues, because the larger advertisers will be more interested in tapping into this focused market of high earners.

Also, Premium members will have the opportunity to form partnerships with StudioTraffic. We will be open to suggestions from members on how they would like to partner with us. Some ideas include partnering with us to set up your own offices (as one member in Romania did with his IT office), hire more employees in existing StudioPrograms offices run by other members, or help with the advertising of StudioPrograms. There is a niche for everyone at StudioPrograms. We run several businesses, which appeal to a variety of interests and audiences, and we have plans to introduce several more. You can choose to partner with us in the area and manner you find most appealing—and build financial security at the same time. We will be happy to work with you and set up the best opportunity for us to achieve mutual success.

Not only will this new concept benefit StudioTraffic, it will also benefit each member who partners with us, as they will either have their own business, or be shareholders in a business other members have setup (as in the case of hiring more employees for an existing office). Each member will share in the profits of their partnership with StudioTraffic. This provides members with multiple income streams and increases their financial stability. Independent ownership will also boost morale and dedication from our members.

This arrangement allows StudioPrograms to expand operations worldwide very quickly, increasing the strength and stability of StudioPrograms. If we were to depend solely on StudioTraffic to build up operations, rather than enlist the aid of members through partnerships, it would take us years to accomplish our goals. It would also increase our expenses, which may then affect our ability to continue paying out at our current high rate. But with the support and partnership of capable and willing Premium members, we will all benefit in a very short time.

New Developments

We have made many other changes to help us move forward with our redefined concept. Panels have been formed to brainstorm ideas in many areas (Human Resources, Advertising, Research, Forex, Legal, Editorial, StudioPay, StudioWalker, StudioShopper, StudioHolidays, more) and put a stronger face and foundation on all StudioPrograms. These panels are completely member-run and will help make sure StudioTraffic does not grow too inflexible or mainstream. These panels will help to turn StudioTraffic in a better direction as we invite professionals of different fields to contribute their experience and expertise to each panel. Our IT workers will help implement the changes suggested by these panels and see us forward with an aggressive expansion.

One of the new panels we are creating is a Resolution panel. This panel will help StudioTraffic be one of the most transparent companies online. Instead of members coming to management for solutions to their concerns, members will go to our Resolution panel. The Resolution panel will consist of members only, no staff or management. Since the panel members are also members of StudioTraffic, any decisions they make will be focused towards being fair to the entire membership. And management will uphold any decisions they make, with no interference. Members, too, will need to agree to bring their concerns to this panel, and abide by any decisions they make, without involving any other third parties (other forums, authorities, etc). Since it will be actual members making decisions on other members’ concerns, each member can feel confident that he or she will be treated fairly and with his or her best interests in mind.

We will also be creating a new panel for StudioZines. Members who are interested will be able to form teams and produce cookbooks, children’s books, art, poetry, etc. The teams will appoint their own editor and be responsible for collecting and compiling the submissions for their books. Once each book is ready, it can be sold to generate additional income streams and revenue.

A new program we are launching is StudioCares. StudioCares will be a venue where fellow StudioTraffic members who are in considerable financial need can go for help. We will evaluate their needs and solicit aid from other StudioTraffic members who are in a better financial position. It will be entirely funded by voluntary contributions from other members. StudioCares and StudioHug will be a network of both financial and emotional support for our members in need.

We are also coming out with a new Studio email program. The name of this program has yet to be determined, but members are voting on it in the forum, and details will be announced shortly.

In the near future, we will begin setting up partnerships with our members and with other companies that will benefit all of us. We will expand into China and India. We will launch the Public SurfSTV link, which will dramatically increase our advertising revenue. StudioHolidays will start offering its services to everyone. We will introduce StudioPay to the public. We will continue to expand our management and staff to support the growth of our company.

Most of our staff work at least forty hours per week, and a very large number of them even work twelve or more hours per day. Almost all of them are members just like you. They are dedicated and committed to seeing StudioTraffic and all StudioPrograms thrive. They continue to give their best effort, despite lowered morale from abuse by other members who demand they solve problems immediately, and who spread lies and harm StudioTraffic.

In the past, our staff was small, with a management of only two to three people. All matters and decisions had to be made by them, and as the membership grew, this slowed things down. Now, we are focusing on building up our staff and support for members. We are hiring more qualified people and putting them in management positions to help lead other staff. We have increased our training for each staff member and improved our processing methods for resolving concerns. We have increased communication on all levels by conducting daily meetings with staff, and by providing direct links to our programmers. We have integrated StudioTraffic and StudioPay support systems so our staff can easily get the information they need to address members’ concerns.

Referral Contest

To kick off the new concept and the recent developments at StudioTraffic, we are launching a brand new referral contest.

This contest will run for three months, with a grand prize of $5,000 cash going to the person who brings in the most new referrals with the highest level of upgrades.

The contest begins on February 1st and will run through April 30th.

On March 31st, we will award an early bird prize of $1,000 cash to the member who has the most referrals with the highest upgrades at that time.

This means there is a total of $6,000 CASH available that you could win! So get out there and start promoting!

It is important to note that we will check all new accounts thoroughly to ensure they are legitimate referrals and upgrades, so please focus hard on bringing in honest new members. Anyone found trying to cheat or manipulate our system will be subject to administrative action per our Terms of Service, and of course won’t be eligible for the prizes.

Conclusion

We have been making dozens of new changes quietly, behind the scenes, even as we work through the massive task of auditing each account. We have been focused on the future, holding our heads high and faced forward. We have not given in to the fear and negativity being spread by members who are concerned that we will disappear like so many other companies recently have.

We have made hard decisions—but these decisions were necessary to preserve StudioTraffic and propel it into the future. Our main goal here is to achieve our objective of making sure every person can benefit with our company. And while we have offended or scared some with our decisions and actions, we feel confident that once members begin to see how these changes truly do benefit everyone in the long run, they will return. Because at the end of the day, most have already benefited dramatically from their membership with StudioTraffic. And as we continue to grow and thrive, they will see that their fears of us disappearing were not valid. Once everyone sees how these changes strengthen StudioTraffic, and allow everyone a better opportunity to earn, we will be happy to welcome them back.

StudioTraffic is moving forward. We are strengthening our operations. We are wrapping up and completing the audits within the next month. We are building on our concept to ensure that everyone who wants to earn with us can, by viewing ads on SurfSTV and by participating in a partnership with us. We are building a framework of mutual support between StudioTraffic and its members. Those who help support our growth and stability will be recognized and have the opportunity to earn more, securing their own financial futures. We are expanding all StudioPrograms to help achieve this.

We are strong. We are here to stay. Those members who bear with us and support us through these changes will benefit the most, as they will be first in line to experience how the changes make both our concept and business stronger and better than before. We look forward to a bright future for StudioTraffic and all of its members. And we look forward to all of us helping each other to grow and thrive.

C'est uniquement s'il y a plusieurs comptes Studio Traffic qui utilisent un seul compte Studio Pay pour le retrait. Donc si tu n'as qu'un compte ou que tu n'utilise pas ton compte Studio Pay pour une autre personne, tu ne dois rien faxer
